Mike Cornish
The overall leadership, direction and management of the personnel and activities of the MSSC to achieve the requirements of the Trustees.

Captain Sea Cadet Corps & Director of Operations (Serving RN Officer)
Captain Mark Windsor RN
Provides operational leadership to the Sea Cadet Corps (SCC), with specific focus on the safe delivery of training.

Director of Training
Mike O'Sullivan
Responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of all adult and cadet training. Also holds responsibility for the management and operation of all national Sea Cadet Training Centres.

Director of Finance
Piers Vimpany
Manages the financial affairs of the MSSC.

Company Secretary/Human Resources
Claire Barnett
Responsible for administering the affairs of the Council, Executive and Advisory Committees of the charity and for all employment matters relating to employees of MSSC.

Director of Business Management
John Parker-Jones
Management of the administration of the SCC. MSSCHQ point of contact for Unit Chairmen and all aspects of Unit Management Committee business and responsibilities.

Director of Development
Frances Lloyd
Manages the fundraising strategy for the MSSC immediate capital campaign and associated fundraising activity. Also overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the MSSC Communications strategy.

Director, Professional Seafarer Operations
Brian Thomas
Accountable for the strategic direction of learning to seafarers and the SCC through the College of the Sea; financial support schemes for the promotion of learning; advice and guidance to professional seafarers; book and library services.

Director of IT
Peter Freeman
In charge of determining the information needs of the MSSC and Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) and driving the development of Management Information Systems and infrastructure to meet these requirements.
