The Marine Society provides a range of services for seafarers to enhance learning, well-being and to facilitate professional development.
We serve seafarers in the
Merchant Navy, the
Royal Navy, the
Royal Fleet Auxiliary and those who work with the
Sea Cadet Corps.
Our objective is to ensure that seafarers' access to learning is not compromised by the nature of their work and lifetstyle.
We work with a range of mainstream education and training providers to deliver opportunities for personal and professional development that are seafarer-friendly and focused on the needs of the individual in the context of the maritime sector.
We cater for all levels of learning, covering all ages, abilities and aspirations.
And when it comes to quality, you'll not find us wanting. Last year we were judged by Ofsted to be a good provider with outstanding features. Praise indeed!
