You may recover a portion of your study costs with us through the Standard Learning Credit scheme.

There is no longer a need to enrol through the Royal Navy: you can now enrol directly with us.

You are invited to discuss your study options with Marine Society College of the Sea staff prior to enrolment. We can recommend an appropriate level and/or subject, and deal with any queries you may have.

Please feel free to chat with us about all aspects of your continuing education.

Advice is impartial, confidential, and offered under no obligation – we have your best interests at heart!

You can contact us by phone, fax, letter or email - or pop into our central London office. Your contact is Wendy Monaghan, our Education Manager: telephone 020 7654 7050.

When you are sure which subject and level you wish to study you should complete our enrolment form (including the Standing Order form if appropriate) and send it to The Marine Society & Sea Cadets.

The enrolment form is incorporated in the back of our 2008 brochure.

As a general rule, if you are contemplating a subject at A Level you ought to hold at least a Grade B at GCSE in that subject.

New A level courses will be delivered from September 2008. Please read about the changes here.

If you do not have at least a grade C in English and Mathematics at GCSE we recommend you enrol in either or both of those subjects before moving on to others.
