The Marine Society & Sea Cadets is offering its employees a great opportunity to get a valuable qualification in using a computer – at no cost to the individual.
All staff are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. On offer is self-study courseware that prepares the learner for the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
MSSC will refund the cost of taking the tests and disbursements necessary to acquire the qualification.
This is part of a coherent strategy to improve IT user skills throughout our organisation.
This courseware assumes no prior knowledge of working with computers. But it is also useful for those of us familiar with using e-technology and there is the added bonus of an internationally recognised qualification at the end of it.
