You may be thinking about taking your exams either in summer 2010.

We've published a guide to entering GCSE/A Levels examinations in summer 2010. It's recommended that everyone thinking of entering reads it before they submit an entry to us:

Open University Foundation Degree:
Working With Young People

Open University Foundation Degree
To members of the Sea Cadet Corps we offer a Foundation Degree Working With Young People in conjunction with The Open University. A fully-funded scholarship is available from the MSSC for members of the SCC. If you wish to apply for the OU Foundation Degree, please download and complete the Expression of Interest Form



The next opportunity to enrol will be summer 2010 for an October start.

Registration details will be available in May 2010.

If you're applying for the first time and also wish to apply for a scholarship from the MSSC you'll need to compete the scholarship form as well as the enrolment forms. If you were awarded an Admiral Tippet Scholarship previously, and have successfully completed the module(s) then you will only be required to complete the enrolment forms.



An Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) route is available in February 2010. You should only consider enrolling in this module if you've substantial recent experience of working with young people and substantial knowledge of the theoretical basis of this type of work. It allows students to complete the course in four months, rather than the normal academic year.
