Marine Society and Sea Cadets is a charity committed to providing a brighter future for young people nationwide and seafarers globally. We are a vibrant and growing charity delivering life changing nautical adventure for young people through the Sea Cadets, together with personal and professional development opportunities for seafarers through the Marine Society. We understand the challenges young people face today, and the demands on seafarers. We help them get on course to develop life-enhancing skills that they can use to seize a better future.
Through the Sea Cadets we strive to inspire the next generation to realise their potential and seize a better future through nautical adventure based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy. Through the Marine Society we empower seafarers to get to where they want to be through learning and self-development.
Weare seeking a Young Trustee Committee Member who will help facilitate the development of our offering to young people and seafarers through the implementation of our five-year vision and strategy.
