Chief Executive Officer: Martin Coles
Responsible for overall leadership, direction and management of the personnel and activities of MSSC to achieve the requirements of the Trustees.
Captain Sea Cadet Corps and Director of Operations (Serving RN Officer): Captain Philip Russell RN
Provides operational leadership to Sea Cadets with specific focus on the safe delivery of training.
Director of Finance, IT and Trading, and Company Secretary: Mark Hallam
Manages the financial affairs of MSSC. Also oversees IT, Book Services and Stores departments.
Director of Human Resources: Petrina Brooker
Responsible for all employment matters relating to MSSC's staff.
Director of Volunteer and Business Support: John Parker-Jones
Manages the administration of the Sea Cadet Corps and is MSSC HQ's point of contact for unit chairs and all aspects of Unit Management Committee business and responsibilities. Also leads the team providing support to volunteers across the Sea Cadets.
Director of Fundraising and Communications: Samantha Shaw
Directs charity’s strategic communications, Brand and marketing. Leads fundraising strategy and activity for Sea Cadets and Marine Society.
Director of Lifelong Learning: Mark Windsor
Responsible for all training and education for seafarers and Sea Cadets.
